Our team proactively reached out to area brokers announcing the home would soon be for sale. We specifically targeted Realtors who already had clients looking in this zip code. We called upon our Chicago City network of Realtors who have people relocating to the Western Suburbs. We created a social media "coming soon" campaign to spread the word further, in addition to the Private Listing Network (Realtors only!). We also implemented our "circle marketing" approach in order to personally share coming listing with the neighborhood.
