We created a social media "coming soon" campaign to spread the word further, in addition to the Private Listing Network (Realtors® only!). We also implemented our "circle marketing" approach in order to personally share coming listing with the neighborhood.

In the state of the local real estate market, we continually check and recheck our pricing, especially leading up to the launching of a new home for sale. In the case of this home, we knew there was no competition and A LOT OF BUYERS looking at this area.
