Our team proactively reached out to area brokers announcing the home would soon be for sale. We specifically targeted Realtors who already had clients looking in this zip code. We called upon our Chicago City network of Realtors who have people relocating to the Western Suburbs. We created a social media "coming soon" campaign to spread the word further, in addition to the Private Listing Network (Realtors only!). We also implemented our "circle marketing" approach in order to personally share coming listing with the neighborhood.

In the state of the local real estate market, we continually check and recheck our pricing, especially leading up to the launching of a new home for sale. In the case of this home, we knew there was no competition and A LOT OF BUYERS looking at this area. We priced the property aggressively to put our clients in the best position possible for success.

2 days after the launch event, we had 17 showings and received 5 offers. The winning bid was for $70,000 over our clients' asking price!
